Green meters used in solar systems banned
The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has prohibited the use of green meters in solar systems, according to a private channel. Instead, consumers must now install Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meters. Sarwar Mughal, Director of Customer Services, issued the notification for this change. LESCO will provide a No-Objection Certificate (NOC)
