Case for leaking transgender Dolphin Ayan video filled under PECA
In a first, a case has been filed under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) on Friday regarding the circulation of an inappropriate viral video of a transgender person who goes by the name of Dolphin Ayan on social media in Peshawar.
