Bollywood singer Sunidhi Chauhan praised the Pakistani music industry and its artists.

In a recent podcast appearance, she expressed her admiration for Pakistan’s Coke Studio, highlighting the latest song “Turri Jandi” featuring Shazia Manzoor and Hasan Raheem.

She said, “After watching Turi Jandi, you will be like how did they make it, the way they made the video, it’s unbelievable I was taken aback after watching it with the video, as a song it’s an okay song but the video enhanced it. It is beautiful”.

She also spoke highly of the Pakistani music industry, noting its large following in both Pakistan and India.

Chauhan added, “Pakistanis and Indians are the same. We speak the same language, look alike, and share similar food and culture. When I travel to the UK and the US, I meet many Pakistani friends, so I believe we are all the same people.”

This year’s Coke Studio has been particularly noted for its impressive production and video-making skills. “Turri Jandi” has become one of the year’s biggest hits, amassing over ten million views.
