Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has announced that it will temporarily suspend bill submission services while it upgrades its customer care and billing system.
The company stated that the suspension of services will start at 12:30 PM on Friday, August 9, and will last until 11:30 PM on Sunday, August 11.

During this period, customers will not be able to submit their gas bills. This upgrade is intended to improve the overall service and customer experience.
The company has assured that service centers will reopen on Monday, August 12, at 8:30 AM. Customers are advised to plan ahead to avoid any inconvenience during this short downtime.
