Pakistan’s star fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi and his wife Ansha Afridi have welcomed their first child, as per media reports.
The birth of their son marks a significant moment for the cricketing family. Former Pakistan cricket captain Shahid Khan Afridi, who is Shaheen’s father-in-law, has become a grandfather for the first time.
The child has been named “Ali Yaar”.

The fast bowler is currently busy playing in the first Test match against Bangladesh in Rawalpindi.
Back in July, there were reports that Shaheen and Ansha are expecting their first child.
Shaheen and Ansha, daughter of veteran cricketer Shahid Afridi, tied the knot in February last year in Karachi.
