WEB DESK: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the removal of Wahab Riaz and Abdul Razzaq from the national cricket team selection committee. According to sources, the decision stems from a loss of faith in their performance, while Mohammad Yousuf and Asad Shafiq retain the board’s confidence and remain members of the committee alongside Bilal Afzal.

Wahab Riaz and Abdul Razzaq, both former cricketers, were integral to the selection process for the T20 World Cup squad. However, their tenure saw them favoring players who ultimately did not perform to expectations. This led to the PCB’s decision to exclude them from the committee.
