Since its Olympic debut in 1948, Pakistan has earned recognition, especially through its field hockey team, which has secured three gold medals.

Arshad Nadeem (Javelin Throw)
Arshad Nadeem is one of Pakistan’s brightest hopes in athletics. After a commendable fifth-place finish at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics with a distance of 84.62m. His qualification round will take place on August 3, and the final is on August 5.
Jehanara Nabi (Women’s 200m Freestyle)
Jehanara Nabi is another debutant for Pakistan at the Paris 2024 Olympics, competing in the 200m freestyle. Nabi has been a standout performer in national swimming circuits. Her event is scheduled for July 28 at the Paris La Defense Arena.

Ghulam Mustafa Bashir (Shooting)
Ghulam Mustafa Bashir has represented Pakistan in previous Olympics, including the Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 Games. Specialising in the rapid fire pistol event, Bashir has consistently demonstrated his expertise and competitive spirit. The 5m Rapid Fire Pistol Men’s Qualification Round will take place on August 4.

Faiqa Riaz is a rising star in Pakistani athletics, specialising in the 100m sprint. The preliminary round is on August 2.
Kishmala Talat (Shooting)
Kishmala Talat is a young and talented Pakistani shooter The 10m Air Pistol Women’s Qualification Round is on July 27 (today), the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team Qualification Round is on July 29, and the 25m Pistol Women’s Qualification Round is on August 2.
Gulfam Joseph (Shooting)
Gulfam Joseph competed in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, where he performed admirably. His experience at Tokyo has prepared him well for Paris 2024. His first event will take place on July 27 and then on July 29.
