Pakistan Street Child Football Team trials are currently underway for Norway Cup 2025 and the Street Child World Cup 2026.
The cities that participated include Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Peshawar, Kohat, Dera Ismail Khan, among others.
The next phase of trials for Pakistan Street Child Football Team will focus on Sindh, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan. Young athletes will have the chance to showcase their skills and secure a place in the national team.
The maximum age limit for participants has been set at 17 years.
The Norway Cup 2025 will take place in Oslo, Norway, from July 26 to August 2. The Street Child World Cup 2026 is scheduled to be held in the United States in February and March.
This will be the sixth time that Pakistan will participate in the event.
These tournaments will bring together talented young players from around the world. This will provide a platform for underprivileged youth to shine on the global stage and inspire others across the country.
Last year, the squad included forwards Mohammad Kashif, Isa Khan, Shahid Anjum, Abdul Ghani; midfielders Mohammad Junaid, Mohammad Khan, Daniyal, Owais, Mohammad Osama; defenders Asad Nasir, Ubaidullah, Mohammad Adeel, Hamza Gul; and goalkeepers Aryan, Adeel Ali Khan.
