Pakistan’s fast bowler, Naseem Shah, has fully recovered from his injury and is fit to play in the second ODI against Australia, scheduled for Friday.

Naseem Shah experienced a setback during the first ODI against Australia when he was forced to leave his over halfway due to cramps. However, he is now showing signs of recovery, with sufficient time left to prepare for the second ODI on November 8.

Despite his discomfort, Naseem Shah made a strong contribution with the bat, scoring 40 runs off 39 balls, including a boundary and four sixes. However, Pakistan’s efforts fell short as Australia won the match by two wickets, taking a 1-0 lead in the three-match ODI series.

Australia initially struggled as they lost regular wickets. However, Pat Cummins’ steady innings helped them reach a total of 204 for 8 in just 34 overs.

Pakistan’s bowlers also performed well, with Haris Rauf taking three wickets, Shaheen Afridi claiming two, and both Naseem Shah and Mohammad Hasnain taking one wicket each.

According to Cricket Pakistan, Naseem Shah participated in a full training session, including bowling, and is no longer experiencing any discomfort. He will be available for selection in the second ODI against Australia.

The Pakistan team is hopeful for a stronger performance in the second match. While there could be changes to the squad, the final decision on any alterations has not yet been made.
