ISLAMAAD: India has stopped its Kabaddi team from visiting Pakistan for bilateral matches scheduled for November 19.
The neighbours last week had refused to send Indian cricket team to Pakistan for the ICC Champions Trophy.
Kabaddi matches between Pakistan and India Kabaddi teams were scheduled to be held in Kartarpur, Gujarat and Lahore.
Secretary of Pakistan Kabaddi Federation Mohammad Sarwar said that that Indian Kabaddi authorities have informed that they are not coming to Pakistan for matches, they have not received permission in this regard.
Mohammad Sarwar expressed regret over the decision and said that it is unfortunate that India not travelling to Pakistan. He said that the Pakistan team had completed its preparation for matches.
It should be noted that India has not yet issued NOC to its blind cricket team.
The Indian blind cricket team has to participate in the Blind T20 World Cup starting from November 23 in Pakistan.
It should be remembered that India has refused to come to Pakistan for the ICC Champions Trophy as well.
