DUBAI: The International Cricket Council (ICC) announced Pakistan’s fast bowler Haris Rauf as the ICC Men’s Player of the Month for November 2024.

Rauf who is currently with the team in green on the South Africa all-format tour, claimed 18 wickets in the month of November. It includes 10 crucial dismissals in Pakistan’s historic ODI series victory against Australia, their first in 22 years. His outstanding performance earned him the Player of the Series title in the ODI series against Australia.

Haris outperformed India’s Jasprit Bumrah and South Africa’s Marco Jansen, who were also nominated. Previously, Pakistan’s Nauman Ali won the October Player of the Month award.

Later in the month, Pakistan visited Zimbabwe, where Haris Rauf grabbed three more wickets from as many ODIs as the visitors came from behind to clinch a 2-1 series win.
