Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) member of the National Assembly (MNA) Sher Afzal Marwat leader on Wednesday met with party founder Imran Khan.
Marwat, while talking to the media outside the jail, said that he has informed Imran Khan that cent protests were not appropriate and criticised the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Ali Amin Gandapur for ineffective protest strategies.
The founder of PTI mentioned that some decisions would be explained by Salman Akram Raja.
When asked about his stance on Maulana Fazlur Rehman, he shared that one of their colleagues indicated that military courts were not established due to Maulana’s influence. The founder of PTI stated that the creation of military courts wouldn’t have affected him.
He suggested forming a new protest committee, emphasising his willingness to be a part of it, especially with winter approaching. He proposed developing a strategy to ensure that if one leader is arrested, another can take the lead.
