By WEB DESK: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) leader Shandana Gulzar has addressed the controversy surrounding her recent exclusive interview with Azaad Digital.
Speaking on the matter, Gulzar clarified that Azaad Digital uploaded the full interview and criticised the accounts that deliberately tried to create a controversy by quoting parts of the whole interview out of contest on social media.

Earlier today, Azaad Digital interviewed Shandana Gulzar regarding the recent PTI controversial tweet. Shandana said that Raoof Hassan is the official spokesperson for PTI. She stated, “If he is unaware of the tweet, then I will go with his stance.” She also discussed the availability of the Fall of Dhaka reports to the Cabinet, pointing out that other parties have addressed the issue without controversy. “Why is it considered bad if PTI discusses it?” she questioned.

Following the interview, PTI’s official account on X (formerly Twitter) posted a segment from Gulzar’s interview, questioning whether Azaad Digital is influenced by external forces and accusing the platform of twisting Gulzar’s words.

In response, Azaad Digital urged PTI to watch the entire interview before making baseless claims. Azaad Digital also provided a link to the full video, insisting that the complete context be considered. Additionally, Azaad Digital highlighted that they were the first platform to report on the abduction of Azhar Maswani’s brother.
