Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, on the occasion of his 59th birthday on November 2, announced giving up smoking.
During a recent meet-and-greet, the actor, who has long been open about his smoking habits, revealed to fans that he has stopped smoking.
In a video from the event shared by his fan club on X, Shah Rukh Khan can be heard saying: “There’s a good thing – I’m not smoking anymore, guys. I thought I won’t feel so breathless after quitting smoking, but I still feel it (the side-effects). Inshallah, that will also get ok.”

The actor will next be seen in “King”, directed by Sujoy Ghosh. The film will also star his daughter Suhana.
Khan’s son, Aryan Khan has also joined the industry. Last year, Suhana had a leading role in the Netflix series The Archies.
