Peshawar district administration has implemented a ban on the sale of electronic cigarettes, vapes, and nicotine pouches under Section 144. According to the Peshawar administration, these products pose a risk of spreading respiratory illnesses.
The ban extends to the sale of these items near hospitals and educational institutions within the city.
Furthermore, the administration has prohibited the sale of e-cigarettes, vapes, and nicotine pouches to individuals under the age of 21. The district administration has announced that legal action will be taken against those who violate this ban.
