During the hearing of the federal government’s appeal against the decision to nullify NAB amendments in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Chief Justice of Pakistan remarked that the PTI founder could present arguments via video link at the next hearing if he wished.
The hearing is being conducted by a five-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa.
