WEB DESK:  Former Indian professional tennis player Sania Mirza shared her incredible Hajj experience through a series of heartwarming pictures and videos of the Holy Kaaba and Masjid-e-Nabawi on Instagram.

Last month, Mirza traveled to Saudi Arabia to perform the annual Hajj pilgrimage, a significant journey for Muslims worldwide. In her Instagram post, she expressed immense gratitude to Allah for what she described as the “journey of a lifetime.”

“To say I had a journey of a lifetime is putting it mildly .. it was an experience for my body and soul like I could have never even imagined. Alhamdulillah and SubhanAllah x 10000 over,” Mirza wrote in the caption.

The post featured a picture of her hand touching the Holy Kaaba, followed by a photo of its magnificent door. Additional images included a top view of the Grand Mosque of Makkah, showing thousands of pilgrims offering prayers and circumambulating the Kaaba.

Sania Mirza also shared pictures and videos from Masjid-e-Nabawi in Madina, including a photo of herself with her father and sister in front of the Holy Kaaba.

In June, the 37-year-old athlete announced her spiritual journey to Makkah for Hajj on Instagram. This was not her first trip to Saudi Arabia; she performed Umrah last year with her family shortly after retiring from tennis.
