When asked to list the most beautiful actresses in Bollywood, Ranbir Kapoor first named Shraddha Kapoor, followed by Mahira Khan from across the border, whom he called “beautiful”.
Aside from showering compliments on his wife, Alia Bhatt, and fellow actor Disha Patani, Ranbir Kapoor’s acknowledgment of Mahira Khan’s charm added an international flair to the conversation.
Recently, Mahira won the “Artist in Fashion” honor at The Emi Gala, an award ceremony held in Dubai.
Back in 2017, her pictures with Ranbir Kapoor in New York sparked significant backlash, leading Mahira to open up about the anxiety it caused her.
In another news, it has been revealed by Indian director Sanjay Leela Bhansali that he wanted to cast Pakistan’s favorite duo, Mahira Khan and Fawad Khan, for his Netflix series, Heermandi, which is the talk of the town.
During the series premiere in Los Angeles, Bhansali said, “At one point, it was Mahira Khan, the Pakistani actor, then Fawad Khan and Imran Abbas. But then it all changed.”
