Renowned singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has debunked recent rumours regarding his alleged arrest, calling them completely unfounded and false.
In a video posted earlier today, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan appears relaxed and assured, seated on his hotel balcony in Dubai.
He confirmed that he is currently in the city for work commitments and emphasised that all is well. The singer urged his fans to disregard the false reports and reassured them that he will be returning to Pakistan shortly.

The rumours had suggested that Rahat was detained by Dubai police after being barred from boarding a flight at Dubai Airport. Reports claimed that he was taken to the police station.
It was also alleged that a case had been filed against him by his former manager and prominent showbiz promoter, Salman Ahmed.
