PTI member Rauf Hassan injured in Islamabad attacked by unknown assailant

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson Rauf Hassan was injured in an attack by an unknown person.

The PTI Central Information Secretary, Rauf Hassan, was attacked by an unknown individual at Sitara Market in Islamabad, resulting in his injury.

According to initial reports, Rauf Hassan had just left a private channel’s office when an unknown person attacked him with a knife.

According to details, the senior leader and spokesperson of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was attacked with a knife by unknown individuals. Media reports indicate that he was severely assaulted. Rauf Hassan has been seriously injured in the attack.

Regarding this incident, Islamabad police have stated that they are gathering information about the attack on Rauf Hassan. Meanwhile, PTI leader Shibli Faraz has strongly condemned the attack on Rauf Hassan.

Islamabad police say that strict action will be taken against those who attacked Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Rauf Hassan.

According to Islamabad police spokesperson, eyewitnesses reported that Rauf Hassan was attacked by Khawaja Sarra outside the office of a private TV channel.

The spokesperson further stated that the police were present at the scene and collecting evidence. Those responsible for this act will face severe consequences according to the spokesperson.
