Prime Minister’s directive to reduce petroleum product prices

WEB DESK:  The Prime Minister has directed the Ministry of Finance to reduce the price of petrol by 15.4 rupees and the price of diesel by 7.9 rupees.

The Prime Minister has stated that as a result of the current government’s people-friendly policies, there has been a significant reduction in inflation and economic stability has been achieved.

Before this, the Oil Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) issued a notification regarding a reduction in LPG prices.

According to the notification, LPG prices have been reduced by 3 rupees and 86 paisas per kilogram, while the price of a domestic cylinder has been decreased by 45 rupees and 62 paisas.

The new price of a domestic cylinder has been set at 2768 rupees. In May, the price of a domestic cylinder was 2813 rupees. OGRA has issued a new notification for LPG prices for June.
