The Utility Stores Corporation has reduced prices on over 700 essential items, offering some relief to consumers amid rising costs. The price cuts range from Rs2 to Rs195, covering a wide array of daily-use products.

Cooking oil and ghee from various brands are now cheaper by Rs6 to Rs195, while milk powder and packaged milk have seen reductions of Rs3 to Rs117.

Tea prices have also dropped, with decreases ranging from Rs3 to Rs100, benefiting many households. In the beverages category, prices of Rooh Afza and Jam-e-Shirin have been lowered by Rs13 to Rs40.

Popular snacks and seasoning packets are now more affordable, with price cuts between Rs9 and Rs20. Additional reductions include Rs12 off on kheer mix, Rs50 off on tomato ketchup, Rs25 off on garam masala, and Rs24 off on soy sauce.
