Lawyer Sher Afzal has issued a stern warning to a fan account on X, urging them to stop spreading misinformation.
This account falsely claimed that Marwat attended the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Swabi Jalsa on Monday despite his recent expulsion from the party.
To support their claim, the account even posted a video. However, Marwat quickly debunked this, stating, “Do not misguide workers. I am in Islamabad.”

Last week, PTI’s official account announced Marwat’s expulsion. Despite this, some PTI sources labelled the notification as ‘fake,’ arguing that key figures like Marwat are considered invaluable by party founder Imran Khan.

PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar expressed surprise upon hearing the news, admitting he was unaware of who issued the expulsion orders. He plans to discuss the matter directly with Imran Khan to clarify the situation.
