Chief Minister of Sindh Murad Ali Shah has stated that the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) does support the decision to ban any political party.

Speaking to the media about the display of strength in Karachi, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that security arrangements for processions and gatherings had been assessed in various areas, with all security agencies including police and Rangers on alert. Municipal authorities and DCs have also been mobilized for arrangements.

He mentioned that security arrangements for central processions in Karachi and Hyderabad are being reviewed, noting a new wave of terrorism in the country. Security assessments will continue until the conclusion of the processions.

Regarding questions about imposing restrictions on the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Murad Ali Shah clarified that the PPP was not consulted.
