Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has sent a defamation notice of one billion rupees to the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi.

 

The Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had claimed in a TV program that the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, had signed the draft of Operation Azm-e-Istahkam in an Apex Committee meeting.

According to the notice, Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has not signed any draft of the operation. The Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa should retract his statement and publicly apologize, or be prepared to pay a fine of one billion rupees.
