Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has issued a warning that he will go on a hunger strike over the unjust behavior of staff at Adiala Jail.
Reports indicate that a delegation intending to meet him was kept waiting for nearly three hours, prompting Imran to announce his impending hunger strike, with a date to be announced soon.
In other developments, Imran Khan has decided that his party representatives will participate in the All Party Conference (APC).
He emphasised concerns about the Azm-e-Istehkam initiative, citing Pakistan’s 2500 km border with Afghanistan and expressing fears that the operation could lead to instability.
The federal government had earlier announced the APC meeting to take the country’s political leadership into confidence on the Azm-e-Istehkam initiative.
