I will never use PIA again and have told my friends/relatives too! after the disgraceful service they provided when returning from Pakistan! They did not allow us & many passengers to board who were travelling to UK via Abu Dhabi because of 1.5 hour transfer, saying it has to be at least 2 hour transfer! And they would not assist us at all, we had to buy new tickets a few day later more that double the price and they refused any sort of compensation! Never again PIA we will travel with you! And your customer service desk assistants need a lot of training because are so rude!!!
