A local court in Muzaffargarh has acquitted man accused of murdering his own three young sisters.
According to police, the court issued the acquittal order due to a settlement between the parents and the accused one.
Last year, three sisters went missing in Muzaffargarh. The next day, the bodies of seven-year-old Abiya Fatima, eight-year-old Zahra and 11-year-old Areesha had been found with their throats slit in an abandoned house near the victims’ home

After the incident, the police had arrested the brother of the murdered girls. During the investigation, the police suspected the slain sisters’ brother with a bruise on his hand.
During the interrogation, the brother confessed to killing his three minor sisters. He allegedly told the police that the family showed more love to his sisters instead of him.
