WEB DESK: A viral video from the PTI protest shows a man falling from a container, allegedly pushed by rangers, leading to his death.
A new video has now surfaced in which a man claims to be the person seen in the footage, stating that he was at the protest to make a TikTok video.
He stated that he climbed onto the PTI protest container as part of a bet with his friends. He added that the rangers had asked him to step down and he fell when he tried to do so. He mentioned that the rangers provided him with medical assistance afterwards.
He further apologised, advising others not to take such risks.
However, the authenticity of both videos cannot be confirmed. Authorities have not verified whether the man who allegedly fell from the container is actually dead, nor have they confirmed the truth of the rebuttal video involving the man.
