LONDON: A video of a man heckling and threatening Defence Minister Khawaja Asif at London Underground has gone viral on social media.
In the video being widely shared on social media, an unidentified man can be seen verbally abusing the federal minister and threatening to stab him. As per details, Khawaja Asif also confirmed the incident to local media.
Khawaja Asif remained composed during the threatening confrontation and left the underground train.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Dr. Shahbaz Gill condemned the incident while sharing a video of it on X, formerly known as Twitter. He captioned the post, “Despite the political differences with Khawaja Asif, the trend of abusing cannot be supported.”
Khawaja Asif is accompanying former Prime Minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif in London.
This attack is the latest in a series of threats faced by Pakistani politicians in London as Former Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa also faced a disgraced incident during his stay in the United Kingdom.
