ISLAMABAD: The Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT-II) 2024 retake in Islamabad has been rescheduled to be held on December 30, 2024 (Monday).
The Shaheed Bhutto Medical University (SZAMBU) has issued a public notice in this regard.
“It is notified in compliance with the orders of Islamabad High Court dated 18-12-2024 that the MDCAT-II, 2024 has been re-scheduled to be held on Monday, 30-12-2024,” the notice read.
Furthermore, the university has also directed candidates to deposit a fee of Rs6,000 for local test centers and Rs40,000 for international test centers (UAE, KSA).
“The portal for payment of the MDCAT-II, 2024 fee has been opened at www.arabmu.edu.pk,” it added. The SZAMBU has confirmed that the last date for the deposit of the fee and online registration for the MDCAT retake is December 24, 2024.
The university also directed the candidates to regularly check the official SZAMBU website for updated information.
Sources said that as many as 17,597 candidates are registered for the MDCAT test in Islamabad. The number of candidates decreased for MDCAT registration.
