The Supreme Court unanimously agreed on Thursday to review its 2022 ruling regarding the defection clause outlined in Article 63-A of the Constitution. In its May 17, 2022 decision, the Court stated that votes cast against the directives of a parliamentary party under Article 63-A should not be counted.
