On Monday, a Saudi delegation, headed by Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, arrived in Pakistan for a two-day visit. The delegation landed at Rawalpindi’s Nur Khan Airbase, where they were welcomed by Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.

Below is the comprehensive itinerary of meetings for the Saudi Foreign Minister during his visit to Pakistan:

  • Appointment with Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif scheduled for 10:15 a.m.
  • Meeting with President Asif Ali Zardari set for 11:05 a.m.
  • Discussions related to the Strategic Investment Fund Committee (SIFC) will occur at noon.
  • The bilateral meeting between the Foreign Ministers is slated for 4 p.m.
  • Subsequent to the bilateral meeting, a joint press statement by the two Foreign Ministers will be issued.

The delegation includes prominent figures such as Eng Abdul Rahman Abdul Mohsen Al-Fadley, the Saudi Minister of Water and Agriculture, Bandar Ibrahim AlKhorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Badr AlBadr, Deputy Minister of Investment, Mohammad Mazyed Al Towaijri, Head of the Saudi Special Committee, and senior officials from the Ministry of Energy and the Saudi Fund for General Investments.
