ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has launched a Quick Response (QR) code complaint management system code at Islamabad International Airport (IIA).
The QR code complaint management system will allow travellers and visitors to launch complaints by scanning the code using their mobile phones.
The QR code has been installed at various locations at Islamabad Airport, including the Domestic Briefing Counter, I-Counter (Level 3 Lounge), Domestic Departure I-Counter, International Arrival Level 1 PSF Counter, and Domestic Arrival Level 2 near the APM Gallery.

Complaints can also be submitted via the PAA website, email, or in person.
Pakistan is not the first country to launch a QR code complaint management system at airports, this system is used by hundreds of airports worldwide.
Changi Airport in Singapore, a country that is a leading force in tech innovation, is one of the pioneers in using QR codes for complaints and feedback. The QR codes were installed at the airport in 2015.
