Due to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) rally in Islamabad, numerous roads in Islamabad and Rawalpindi are closed in Islamabad.

Islamabad has sealed 29 locations, including New Margalla Road, Zero Point, Faisal Chowk, and Bari Imam Cross. Additionally, Expressway, Merit Hotel Chowk, NADRA Chowk, and Express Chowk are sealed.

Furthermore, Secretariat Chowk, FATA House, Tramari Chowk, Shahpur, and Bani Gala Road are sealed, along with Faizabad, Ninth Avenue, Golra Mor, Motorway Toll Plaza, and Tarnol Pakka.

Fedder routes and the Pink Bus Service are also closed. The Islamabad Expressway is closed on both sides, and Lehtrar Road to Khanna Pul is blocked.

Srinagar Highway is open for traffic on both sides, and it can be used to reach and return from Islamabad Airport.

From Rawalpindi Railway Station, you can travel via Srinagar Highway, Faqeer Epi Road, and IJP Road to Peshawar Road. The entry point to Islamabad from Bhara Kahu is closed at 17 Mile.

From Taxila, both sides of GT Road at Sangjani Point are closed to traffic. The weekly Sunday market remains open as usual.

For accessing the Red Zone, Margalla Road can be used. All other internal and external routes are closed.

Motorways M1 and M2 are open for traffic, with access from Srinagar Highway to the motorway available.

However, the Islamabad-bound side of Motorway M2 is closed, while the Lahore-bound lane is open for traffic. Barakahu, Balkasar, and Neela Dullah Interchanges have blockades.
