The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has issued a forecast indicating that over the next 24 hours, rain accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms is expected in several regions of the country.

Specifically, scattered rain with strong winds and thunderstorms is anticipated in southern Balochistan and southern Sindh. Additionally, isolated rain is predicted in southern Punjab, northern Balochistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and surrounding hilly areas.

The PMD reported that over the past 24 hours, rain along with strong winds and thunderstorms impacted most regions, including Sindh, Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Balochistan. In contrast, other areas of the country experienced dry conditions.
