ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted a ‘cold wave’ in different cities of Pakistan on Tuesday.
“Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while it will be very cold in hilly areas. Frost (in patches) is expected in Islamabad, plain areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Upper Punjab during morning hours. Shallow fog is expected at a few places in South Punjab and Upper Sindh during morning hours,’ read the daily weather forecast report released by PMD.
According to the weather report, no rain or snowfall is expected in any area of Pakistan.

The temperature in Islamabad is expected to drop to 0°C on Tuesday, while Murree could record the lowest temperature at -1°C.
