ISLAMABAD: The price of petrol has decreased by 15 rupees and 39 paisas, while the price of diesel has decreased by 7 rupees and 88 paisas per liter.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif had instructed the Ministry of Finance to provide special relief to the public. The reductions in the prices of petroleum products are a result of the people-friendly economic policy. Due to the government’s policies, there is a clear decrease in inflation, and economic stability is being achieved.

Before this, OGRA had issued a notification regarding a reduction in the prices of LPG. According to the notification, the prices of LPG have been reduced by 3 rupees and 86 paisas per kilogram, while the price of domestic cylinders has decreased by 45 rupees and 62 paisas.
The new price of the domestic cylinder is set at 2,768 rupees. In May, the price of the domestic cylinder was 2,813 rupees. OGRA has issued a new notification for the price of LPG for June.
