WEBDESK: Pakistan has once again been ranked among the countries with the weakest passports according to the latest Henley Passport Index for the first half of 2025.

Pakistani passport slips to fifth weakest in the global list, with a global ranking of 103, and offers visa-free access to only 33 countries.

According to The index Singapore passports are the strongest globally. Singaporean passport holders enjoy visa-free travel to 195 countries, followed by Japan in second place with access to 193 countries. Countries such as South Korea, France, and Germany share the third spot, granting entry to 192 countries without a visa.

Other notable countries include Austria, Denmark, and Ireland, all of which have passports ranked fourth, allowing visa-free entry to 191 nations. On the other hand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are ranked fifth with access to 190 countries.

While Pakistan’s passport ranks low globally, it shares the same position as Yemen. The countries that are ranked lower than Pakistan are Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan, all of which are in the bottom segment of the index.

India, China, Iran, and Saudi Arabia are ranked 85th, 60th, 96th, and 58th, respectively, which are relatively higher in comparison to Pakistan.
