SUKKUR: Sukkur IBA Univeristy (SIBAU) has released the interim results for the MDCAT 2024 retake in Sindh. The MDCAT 2024 retake was held on December 8 in six Sindh districts, with more than 38,000 candidates participating.
The test was conducted simultaneously in Karachi, Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Shaheed Benazirabad, Larkana, and Sukkur.
The provisional results of MDCAT 2024 conducted under IBA Sukkur are available on the official website of SIBA Testing Services (STS).
According to the details, students can submit objections regarding the results until 5 PM on December 17, 2024, in line with the orders from Sindh High Court (SHC).
STS will announce the final result on December 18, 2024, after reviewing the complaints.
In another development, the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) is considering an e-assessment system for the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) starting next year.
The plan aims to make the exam more efficient and transparent while avoiding fully internet-based tests. The new system will use center-based exams, with Higher Education Commission (HEC) internet portals ensuring security.
