The Kaghan Development Authority (KDA) has advised tourists to avoid travelling to the picturesque Naran area, despite the recent reopening of the Kaghan Highway.

In a statement released on social media on Wednesday, the KDA announced that the highway has been cleared of landslides and is now open to all traffic.

However, they cautioned that Naran still lacks essential amenities such as hotels, water, and power, which would pose significant challenges, particularly for families.

The KDA urged tourists to refrain from visiting Naran until the administration gives a full clearance, ensuring that necessary facilities are in place.
