PTI leader alleges negligence in treatment of Karsaz accident victim
PTI leader Razzaq Khanzada has accused Jinnah Hospital of forcibly removing Abdul Salam, a victim of the Karsaz road accident in Karachi, against medical advice.
Moreover, Khanzada expressed grave concerns about Salam’s deteriorating condition, stating that his life is “hanging by a thread” after being transferred to a private hospital.
The accident, which occurred on August 19, involved a woman driver, Natasha Iqbal, who lost control of her car, resulting in the deaths of two people and injuring seven others. Iqbal has been remanded in custody on charges of causing the fatalities.

Salam, one of the injured victims, is reportedly in critical condition. Khanzada criticized the Sindh government and authorities for their silence and inaction, demanding accountability and immediate intervention to ensure proper medical care for the victims.
In addition, he highlighted the severe injuries Salam sustained, including multiple rib fractures, and condemned the alleged lack of adequate medical attention at Jinnah Hospital.
Furthermore, the PTI leader also offered condolences to the families of the deceased and assured them of the party’s support, highlighting their commitment to justice for the victims and their families during this challenging time.
