The Karakoram Highway (KKH) will experience periodic closures from September 11 to 15 due to ongoing construction work in the Lal Pari (Raikot Bridge) area. According to the traffic schedule issued by authorities, the highway will be open and closed during specific hours to facilitate roadwork.
The schedule is as follows:
- Closed: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
- Open: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Closed: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
- Open: 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM
- Closed: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Open: 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM (next day)
