WAZIRISTAN: In a series of coordinated operations spanning April 21 and 22, eleven terrorists were killed by security forces, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

According to ISPR, an intelligence-based operation launched in Dera Ismail Khan District targeted a reported terrorist hideout. In a swift and intense exchange of gunfire, security forces successfully killed ten terrorists.

Simultaneously, in North Waziristan District, security forces engaged with another group of terrorists, effectively eliminating one more terrorist.

The deceased terrorists were known to have been actively involved in perpetrating various acts of terrorism against both security personnel and innocent civilians in the region. Additionally, a substantial cache of arms and ammunition was seized during the operations, ISPR said.

Local residents have commended the swift and decisive actions of the security forces, underscoring their unwavering resolve to root out terrorism from the region.
