Hyundai Nishat Motor (Private) Limited has announced a massive price hike across its popular models in Pakistan, effective from October 1, 2024.
This move reflects the ongoing challenges within the automotive industry, including inflation, rising costs of raw materials, and fluctuating exchange rates.
The price increase impacts Hyundai’s lineup, including the Elantra, Sonata, Tucson, and Porter models, as detailed below.

Hyundai Price Increase
Hyundai Elantra:
- 2.0L GLS: The price has been increased by PKR 250,000, bringing the new price to PKR 7,180,000 from the previous PKR 6,930,000.
- 2.0L AT: This variant sees a PKR 250,000 increase, raising its cost to PKR 10,229,000 from PKR 9,979,000.
Hyundai Sonata:
- 2.5L AT: The new price is PKR 11,205,000, reflecting a PKR 275,000 increase from the old price of PKR 10,930,000.
- GLS FWD: This variant’s price has been hiked by PKR 150,000, taking the new price to PKR 7,315,000 from PKR 7,165,000.
Hyundai Tucson:
- GLS Sport FWD: Now priced at PKR 8,280,000 after a PKR 250,000 increase from the previous PKR 8,030,000.
- Ultimate AWD: The most significant jump in the Tucson lineup, this variant now costs PKR 8,909,000, up by PKR 250,000 from the earlier price of PKR 8,659,000.
Hyundai Porter:
- Deckless: Increased by PKR 200,000, the new price is PKR 4,239,000.
- Flat-Deck: Now priced at PKR 4,259,000, reflecting a PKR 200,000 increase.
- High-Deck: The new price is PKR 4,279,000, also showing an increase of PKR 200,000.
- Deckless (AC): This variant is now priced at PKR 4,349,000, reflecting a PKR 200,000 increase.
- Flat-Deck (AC): The price has been increased by PKR 200,000 to PKR 4,369,000.
- High-Deck (AC): The new price is PKR 4,389,000, up by PKR 200,000.
