Police on Wednesday arrested a couple for supplying ice to students in an private educational institution in Lahore’s Nasreeabad.
According to the Superintendent of police Model Town 2 kilogrammes of ice was recovered from a school bag belonging to the suspects
He further added, “operations are also ongoing to arrest other accomplices of the suspects.”
“A case has been filed against the suspects, Hamza and Fiza, and the investigation is underway.” said Ikhlaq-ul-Allah Tarar SP Model Town.
The suspects were taken into custody near Gulab Devi Hospital during a checkpoint operation based on a confidential information.
SP Model Town Ikhlaq-ul-Allah Tarar commended the SHO Naseerabad and their team for their efforts.
