Now, HEC has addressed circulating misinformation regarding the USAT, clarifying that while it is recommended to universities, it is not mandatory for institutions to accept USAT scores.

Each university has the autonomy to decide whether to incorporate the USAT into their admissions criteria or to continue with their own admission tests.

“The decision to use the USAT rests solely with each university,” the HEC stated. “We encourage universities to consider the USAT as a valuable option for admissions assessment, but it is not obligatory.”
