The Punjab government has announced the conversion of all 85 government commerce colleges in the province into IT colleges.

Moreover, this decision aims to address declining student enrollment in commerce programs and align educational resources with current global job market trends.

Furthermore, the project will commence within the next 10 days, with Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat emphasizing the need to stay competitive in the advancing IT sector.
