Senator Faisal Vawda has predicted the future of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), claiming that Imran Khan will not be able to come out of jail for the next eight to ten months.

In a statement, Faisal Vawda said that he had already warned that PTI would weaken. He added that this is exactly what is happening now, but negotiations at the grassroots level are expected to begin in the coming days.

He further stated that Fawad Chaudhry wants to return to the party and should be allowed to do so. Faisal Vawda predicted that old faces would once again be seen in PTI, and the party would face multiple challenges in the future.

He said that the much-talked-about “Trump card” would only be revealed in the form of placards, and no extraordinary situation would arise.

Clarifying his stance, Faisal Vawda stated that he still considers Imran Khan his former leader and follows the political lessons he learned from him. However, he emphasized that he does not need to join any party nor has he approached anyone for personal gain.

Speaking about Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Vawda said that he shares a relationship of respect with him and will stand by him if any major political opportunity arises.
