An earthquake of 5.7 magnitude on the Richter scale jolted different parts of the country including Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Punjab on Wednesday.
The earthquake prompted citizens to evacuate buildings as the tremors endured for a few seconds.
The epicentre of the earthquake was reported in near Dera Ghazi Khan, with the Depth of 10 km.
Tremors were also felt in Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Mianwali, and Bhakkar. The earthquake was also experienced in Kamalia, Khanewal, Bhalwal, Chiniot, Hafizabad, Toba Tek Singh, Gujrat, Sargodha, and Jhang.
